Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from concept through deployment, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and commissioning of advanced engineering systems.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies using tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Conduct technical reviews, root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to resolve engineering challenges.
- Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, and automation into project solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.

- 5+ years of experience in project engineering or leadership roles within aerospace, industrial automation, or building technologies (experience)
- Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects from inception to completion (experience)
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or PMP principles (experience)
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB) (experience)
- Strong understanding of engineering standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., FAA, ASME) (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or Project Management (experience)
- PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification (experience)
- Experience with Honeywell products or similar industrial control systems (experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in the design, development, and integration of advanced engineering systems and prototypes
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to meet aggressive timelines
- Perform risk assessments, FMEA analyses, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to optimize product performance and reliability
- Conduct design reviews, validation testing, and performance evaluations using industry-standard tools
- Interface with clients and suppliers to define requirements, negotiate contracts, and resolve technical issues
- Prepare and present project status reports, technical documentation, and recommendations to senior leadership
