Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and commissioning of advanced engineering systems.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, to integrate subsystems into cohesive solutions.
- Conduct technical reviews, simulations, and validations to ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, and regulatory requirements.
- Interface with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to align project deliverables with business objectives and resolve issues proactively.
- Mentor junior engineers, foster knowledge sharing, and drive continuous improvement in project execution methodologies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation for executive leadership and project closeout.

- Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB) (experience)
- Strong understanding of engineering standards and regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA, ISO) (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or Project Management (experience)
- PMP, PE, or Six Sigma certification (experience)
- International project experience in multicultural teams (experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution, defining scope, allocating resources, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of engineering solutions
- Design and optimize complex systems using advanced modeling and simulation techniques to meet performance and safety criteria
- Mentor and direct cross-functional teams of 5-20 engineers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence
- Perform risk assessments, FMEA analyses, and root cause investigations to mitigate project risks and improve outcomes
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, including suppliers and clients, to negotiate contracts and resolve technical challenges
- Implement quality assurance processes and conduct design reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies like IoT, AI, and digital twins into project deliverables
