- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and enhance project efficiency.

- Strong understanding of engineering standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001) and regulatory compliance (experience)
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop engineering talent (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (experience)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (experience)
- Experience with Honeywell products or systems in aerospace/building technologies (experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of engineering projects, managing timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
- Mentor and guide a team of 5-15 engineers, conducting performance reviews and professional development plans
- Design and oversee the development of advanced engineering solutions using CAD, simulation tools, and prototyping
- Facilitate technical reviews, design verification testing, and failure mode analysis to ensure product reliability
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and external partners to integrate requirements and resolve issues
- Implement data-driven decision-making through analytics, KPI tracking, and process optimization
- Champion innovation by identifying opportunities for new technologies and contributing to patents or whitepapers
