Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals across international territories.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to drive results.
  • Prospect and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in target accounts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close complex, high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and technical support to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and generate insightful sales reports for senior leadership.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in international markets, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (experience)
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions to Fortune 500 clients (experience)
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, or German) (experience)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% internationally (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) (experience)
  • Certifications such as Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP) or Honeywell Partner Network accreditation (experience)

  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate new international markets and expand existing accounts
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5-10 sales representatives to achieve collective revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship-building with global enterprises
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and ROI analyses for Honeywell's automation and safety technologies
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for multimillion-dollar deals while ensuring compliance with international regulations
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create customized sales collateral and campaigns
