Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and technical support to deliver customized solutions that address client pain points.

  • Strong understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce and sales analytics tools (experience)
  • Experience in hybrid sales environments with demonstrated ability to manage remote teams (experience)
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, or German) (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) (experience)
  • Certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Honeywell product-specific training (experience)
