Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-wide HGS strategies, policies, and programs aligned with Honeywell’s risk management framework and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct threat assessments and vulnerability analyses across global sites, recommending mitigation measures to protect physical, cyber, and personnel security.
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing security protocols, including access control systems, surveillance technologies, and crisis response plans.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, legal, and operations teams to integrate security into business processes and ensure compliance with international standards like ISO 27001 and GDPR.
- Oversee security incident investigations, root cause analysis, and post-event reporting to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and budgets for security technologies, training programs, and third-party audits.

- Ability to travel internationally up to 30% as needed (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Security Management, International Relations, or Business Administration (experience)
- Professional certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional), CISSP, or PSP (experience)
- Experience in high-tech industries with exposure to cyber-physical security integration (experience)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HGS strategies, policies, and programs to mitigate risks across Honeywell's global operations
- Lead threat intelligence gathering, risk assessments, and vulnerability management for physical and digital assets
- Oversee the design and deployment of advanced security systems, including CCTV, access controls, and intrusion detection
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to embed security into business continuity and crisis management plans
- Conduct security audits, training programs, and simulations to enhance organizational resilience
- Manage security budgets, vendor contracts, and performance metrics to optimize program effectiveness
- Provide executive reporting on security posture, incidents, and strategic recommendations
