Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-wide HGS strategies, policies, and programs aligned with Honeywell’s risk management framework and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct threat assessments and vulnerability analyses across global sites, recommending mitigation measures to protect physical, cyber, and personnel security.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in implementing security protocols, including access control systems, surveillance technologies, and crisis response plans.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, legal, and operations teams to integrate security into business processes and ensure compliance with international standards like ISO 27001 and GDPR.
  • Oversee security incident investigations, root cause analysis, and post-event reporting to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships and budgets for security technologies, training programs, and third-party audits.

  • Ability to travel internationally up to 30% as needed (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Security Management, International Relations, or Business Administration (experience)
  • Professional certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional), CISSP, or PSP (experience)
  • Experience in high-tech industries with exposure to cyber-physical security integration (experience)
