Key Responsibilities

- Proven track record of leading large-scale software projects from concept to deployment in hybrid cloud environments (experience)
- Deep expertise in designing fault-tolerant, real-time systems for mission-critical applications (experience)
- Experience with regulatory compliance in energy sector software (e.g., NERC CIP, IEC 61850) (experience)
- Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through complex technical challenges (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (experience)
- Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or TOGAF (experience)
- Prior experience in renewable energy systems, smart grids, or SCADA/EMS platforms (experience)
Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end software solutions for intelligent power distribution and renewable energy management systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in adopting microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and DevOps pipelines
- Develop and maintain technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and design patterns using UML and C4 models
- Integrate AI/ML models for predictive analytics in energy optimization and anomaly detection
- Ensure software security, scalability, and performance through rigorous testing and CI/CD implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align software architecture with business goals and sustainability initiatives
- Drive innovation by prototyping emerging technologies and contributing to Honeywell's IP portfolio
