Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of multi-domain systems, including hardware-software integration for aerospace applications.

- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Drive system-level testing, simulation, and deployment using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies.

- Proven track record of leading systems design and integration projects from concept to deployment (experience)
- Experience with systems engineering tools such as DOORS, Cameo Systems Modeler, or MATLAB/Simulink (experience)
- Strong understanding of industry standards including ARP4754A, ARP4761, and MIL-STD-498 (experience)
- U.S. citizenship or ability to obtain security clearance (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Systems Engineering or related field (experience)
- INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) or equivalent certification (experience)
- Experience with agile methodologies in safety-critical systems development (experience)
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in defining system architecture and requirements for multi-disciplinary projects
- Lead design reviews, trade studies, and risk assessments to optimize system performance and reliability
- Coordinate integration and testing of subsystems, resolving interface issues across hardware, software, and firmware
- Mentor and develop engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with program management, customers, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality systems
- Implement MBSE practices to model, simulate, and verify system behavior throughout the lifecycle
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for system anomalies during development and operations
