In this critical on-site role, you will ensure the reliability and optimal performance of industrial equipment, systems, and facilities across our international sites. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in minimizing downtime, enhancing safety, and supporting Honeywell's commitment to innovation and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to ensure equipment uptime and compliance with safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex faults using diagnostic tools, schematics, and test equipment, resolving issues efficiently to minimize production disruptions.
  • Conduct routine inspections, calibrations, and adjustments on manufacturing machinery, HVAC systems, and automated control systems in line with OEM specifications.
  • Execute installation, modification, and relocation of equipment, adhering to Honeywell's engineering standards and international regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory records using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) like SAP or Maximo.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, operators, and vendors, to implement continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Ensure workplace safety by following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, PPE protocols, and conducting safety audits.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting (experience)
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals (experience)
  • Experience with CMMS software and basic PLC troubleshooting (experience)
  • Ability to work on-site in international locations with flexible shifts including nights/weekends (experience)
  • Valid certifications such as OSHA safety training or equivalent international standards (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline (experience)
  • Certifications like CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or ISA CCST (experience)
  • Experience in aerospace, building automation, or chemical processing industries (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on industrial equipment to prevent failures and extend asset life
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and control system malfunctions using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and calibration tools
  • Perform root cause analysis on equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions to improve reliability
  • Install and commission new machinery, ensuring integration with existing production lines and safety compliance
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools, ordering as needed while optimizing costs
  • Conduct vibration analysis, thermography, and other predictive maintenance techniques
  • Train junior technicians and operators on maintenance best practices and safety protocols
