- Conduct in-process and final inspections using visual, dimensional, and functional testing methods, recording data in Honeywell's digital quality management system
- Interpret engineering drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions to ensure accurate builds and compliance with customer specifications
- Troubleshoot assembly issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize defects and downtime
- Operate manual and semi-automated equipment safely, following lockout/tagout procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to support prototype builds and process improvements
- Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying parts and reporting discrepancies through ERP systems
