Overview
As a Clean Line Processor - Level 3 (Obsluha neutralizační stanice) at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in our advanced manufacturing operations, operating and maintaining neutralization station equipment to process clean lines for chemical and industrial materials. Reporting directly to the Production Shift Supervisor, you’ll work on-site at our state-of-the-art facility in Prague, Czech Republic, on a full on-site schedule. Your expertise will ensure materials are neutralized, purified, and meet stringent industry standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Operate neutralization station equipment, including pH adjustment systems, filtration units, and chemical dosing mechanisms, to process wastewater and chemical streams in compliance with environmental regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of clean line processing machinery to minimize downtime and optimize production throughput.
- Monitor process parameters such as flow rates, chemical concentrations, and neutralization efficiency using SCADA systems and digital control panels.
- Conduct quality inspections and laboratory tests on processed materials to verify adherence to ISO 14001 and industry-specific standards.
- Implement safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures, PPE usage, and hazardous material handling to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
- Document operational data, generate reports, and collaborate with engineering teams to recommend process improvements.
- Train junior operators and support shift handovers to ensure seamless 24/7 production operations.

- Physical ability to work in industrial environments, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Technology (experience)
- Certifications in HAZWOPER, Forklift Operation, or Confined Space Entry (experience)
- Experience with Honeywell's Experion PKS or similar DCS systems (experience)
Responsibilities
- Safely operate neutralization station controls to adjust pH levels and treat chemical effluents for discharge or reuse
- Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, valves, agitators, and sensors to ensure 99% equipment uptime
- Analyze real-time process data and adjust parameters to maintain optimal neutralization efficiency and material quality
- Execute quality control tests using spectrometers, titrators, and pH meters, documenting results in digital logs
- Respond to alarms and process deviations, implementing corrective actions to prevent production interruptions
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to troubleshoot complex issues and upgrade equipment
- Adhere to GMP, ISO, and Honeywell safety standards while mentoring Level 1/2 operators
