Overview
As a Clean Line Processor - Level 3 at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in our advanced manufacturing operations, operating and maintaining clean line processing equipment to ensure the production of high-purity chemicals and materials that meet stringent industry standards. Reporting directly to the Production Shift Supervisor, you’ll work out of our state-of-the-art facility in Prague, Czech Republic, on a fully on-site schedule. This position is essential for upholding production efficiency, product quality, and safety in our cleanroom environments, contributing to Honeywell's commitment to innovation in aerospace, building technologies, and performance materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate complex clean line processing equipment, including reactors, distillation units, and filtration systems, to process chemical materials with precision and consistency.
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting on processing machinery to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rates, and purity levels using SCADA systems and manual instrumentation.
- Conduct quality inspections and tests on in-process and finished materials, documenting results to comply with ISO 9001 and GMP standards.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, including handling hazardous chemicals, wearing PPE, and participating in emergency response drills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and quality control, to optimize processes and implement continuous improvements.
- Maintain accurate production logs, batch records, and compliance documentation for regulatory audits.

- Execute preventive maintenance tasks and minor repairs on processing systems to ensure 24/7 operational reliability
- Perform in-line sampling, laboratory testing, and quality assurance checks per standard operating procedures
- Document all production activities, deviations, and corrective actions in electronic batch records
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose Kaizen improvements to enhance yield and reduce waste
- Train junior operators and ensure team compliance with Honeywell's EHS policies
