Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) enabled manufacturing equipment to process components with precision and consistency.
- Perform routine assembly, inspection, and testing of products to uphold stringent quality standards and minimize defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to 5S methodologies and Honeywell's safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Record production data accurately using digital systems, including SAP and proprietary Honeywell tools, for real-time tracking and reporting.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or process deviations to supervisors, supporting continuous improvement initiatives like Lean Six Sigma.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and contribute to workflow optimizations.
- Follow all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines, including proper handling of materials and PPE usage.

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Industrial Technology or Mechatronics (experience)
- Experience with SIP systems or telecommunications equipment processing (experience)
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or equivalent (experience)
- Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems in a manufacturing setting (experience)
Responsibilities
- Execute daily production tasks including component assembly, soldering, and SIP module integration while meeting output quotas
- Conduct in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and visual checks to ensure products meet Honeywell's quality specifications
- Monitor equipment performance and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain production flow
- Accurately log production metrics, scrap rates, and quality data into digital systems for analysis and reporting
- Participate in team huddles and kaizen events to identify process improvements and implement corrective actions
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and hazardous material handling
- Support inventory management by verifying parts counts and reporting discrepancies to maintain supply chain efficiency
