Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle HCM Core HR modules, including absence management, payroll interfaces, and core employee data management.
- Guide a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, and administrators in delivering high-impact HCM projects on time and within budget.
- Oversee day-to-day technology operations, including system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to maintain 99.9% uptime for HR systems.
- Drive strategic initiatives for cybersecurity enhancements, such as implementing role-based access controls (RBAC) and data encryption in Oracle HCM.
- Collaborate with global HR, IT, and business stakeholders to align HCM solutions with organizational goals and facilitate digital transformation roadmaps.
- Conduct gap analysis, configure custom solutions, and integrate Oracle HCM with third-party systems like SAP or Workday.
- Mentor team members, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations like GDPR and India's DPDP Act.

- Strong understanding of HR business processes including employee lifecycle management (experience)
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configurations, Fast Formulas, and HDL/BIP loads (experience)
- Hands-on expertise in system integration using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or PaaS tools (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in IT or Business Administration (experience)
- Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Implementation Professional certification (experience)
- Experience with Oracle HCM Analytics and Redwood UX framework (experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Core HR implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and hypercare support
- Design and develop custom HCM solutions, including workflows, reports, and extensions using Oracle APEX or VB Studio
- Manage team performance, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to Honeywell's IT governance standards
- Perform security audits, vulnerability assessments, and implement best practices for HCM data protection
- Drive digital transformation by migrating legacy HR systems to Oracle HCM Cloud and enabling AI-driven HR insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex incidents and deliver proactive system enhancements
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge bases for sustained team productivity
