Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and developing interactive e-learning modules and training materials focused on Honeywell's CX platforms and tools.
  • Collaborate with CX subject matter experts to identify training needs and create tailored content for global customer-facing teams.
  • Support the delivery of virtual and in-person training sessions, including preparation of agendas, materials, and post-session evaluations.
  • Analyze training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, recommending improvements to enhance user engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Contribute to the localization of training content for international markets, ensuring cultural relevance and accessibility.
  • Participate in CX projects, such as updating knowledge bases and integrating AI-driven learning tools into training programs.

  • Basic experience with e-learning platforms or instructional design tools (experience)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (experience)
  • Availability for full-time on-site internship (3-6 months) (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or project experience in CX, training, or marketing (experience)
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms like Articulate 360, Moodle, or Docebo (experience)
  • Certifications in instructional design (e.g., ATD or CPTD basics) (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging training modules using tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate for CX best practices
  • Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders to create targeted training programs for customer service teams
  • Facilitate training workshops and webinars, tracking participation and outcomes
  • Analyze learner data and feedback to iterate on training content and improve effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales) to align training with business goals
  • Support the creation of multilingual training resources for international rollout
  • Assist in measuring ROI of training initiatives through KPIs like CSAT and knowledge retention rates
