Principal Account Manager - APAC

Location: International (APAC Region) | Workplace: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for multimillion-dollar portfolios, identifying growth opportunities and achieving 15-20% YoY revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture C-level relationships with key stakeholders, conducting quarterly business reviews to align Honeywell solutions with client objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and product management to deliver customized proposals and solutions for complex enterprise needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure long-term partnerships, managing the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend innovative Honeywell offerings tailored to APAC markets.
  • Drive adoption of Honeywell's digital platforms, such as Forge IoT and connected enterprise solutions, to maximize customer value and recurring revenue.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure seamless execution of large-scale projects across diverse regulatory environments.

  • Proven track record managing $10M+ enterprise accounts with 15%+ annual growth (experience)
  • Deep understanding of APAC markets, including regulatory landscapes in China, Japan, India, and Southeast Asia (experience)
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex sales cycles (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) (experience)
  • Certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Honeywell Partner Network accreditation (experience)
  • 10+ years in high-tech industries with fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or other APAC languages (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-year account strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in APAC
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships and conduct strategic business reviews to uncover expansion opportunities
  • Lead RFP responses, solution demonstrations, and negotiations for multimillion-dollar deals
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and service teams to customize Honeywell solutions for client pain points
  • Monitor account health using CRM tools like Salesforce, forecasting pipeline and mitigating risks
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives by promoting Honeywell Forge and connected technologies
  • Represent Honeywell at industry events, trade shows, and customer forums to enhance brand visibility
