Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve annual revenue targets exceeding $10M per major account.
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships with key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for upselling Honeywell's integrated solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product management, to deliver customized proposals and solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic account planning and penetration.
  • Negotiate complex, multi-year contracts, ensuring favorable terms while maximizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives by promoting Honeywell's IoT, AI, and sustainability-focused technologies.
  • Monitor account health through KPIs, providing regular forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.

  • Proven track record of managing $5M+ enterprise accounts and exceeding revenue targets (experience)
  • Experience in international markets with knowledge of global trade regulations and cultural nuances (experience)
  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in CRM systems like Salesforce (experience)
  • Ability to travel up to 40% internationally (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) (experience)
  • Certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Honeywell Partner Network accreditation (experience)
  • 10+ years in B2B sales within high-tech industries like IoT or automation (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Own the full account lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract renewal and expansion
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and develop value propositions tailored to client pain points
  • Collaborate with product and R&D teams to co-create innovative solutions addressing customer challenges
  • Forecast sales pipelines accurately and provide executive-level reporting on account performance
  • Mitigate risks by proactively addressing issues and ensuring 95%+ customer satisfaction scores
  • Champion Honeywell's sustainability initiatives to align with client ESG goals
  • Mentor junior account managers and contribute to sales enablement programs
