Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for Fortune 500 clients in manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure sectors across the East Coast.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and closure, targeting multi-million-dollar deals.
  • Build executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders to uncover business challenges and position Honeywell’s IoT-enabled automation and safety solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and service teams to deliver customized proposals and ensure seamless solution implementation.
  • Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive landscapes to forecast revenue and optimize territory performance.
  • Mentor junior account managers and contribute to regional sales enablement initiatives.

  • Proven track record of closing $5M+ deals in B2B environments (experience)
  • Strong understanding of East Coast industrial markets and customer pain points (experience)
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and ERP systems (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) (experience)
  • Certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Honeywell product-specific training (experience)
  • 10+ years in strategic account management within Fortune 500 organizations (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end account management for a portfolio of 15-20 strategic East Coast clients, achieving 120%+ of annual revenue targets
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to align Honeywell solutions with evolving customer objectives and expand wallet share
  • Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities in Honeywell’s connected enterprise portfolio, including Forge and Momentum platforms
  • Negotiate complex contracts, including SaaS, hardware, and services agreements, while mitigating risks and maximizing profitability
  • Leverage data analytics to develop territory growth plans and provide actionable insights to Honeywell leadership
  • Partner with technical teams to demonstrate ROI through proof-of-concept pilots and customized solution architecture
  • Represent Honeywell at industry events, trade shows, and customer summits to enhance brand visibility
