Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key industrial clients, managing a portfolio of $10M+ in annual revenue.
  • Lead solution selling of Honeywell Forge and other industrial software platforms, aligning offerings with customer needs in manufacturing, energy, and process industries.
  • Build executive-level relationships, conducting needs assessments and ROI analyses to drive multi-year contracts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and services teams to deliver customized demonstrations and proofs-of-concept.
  • Negotiate complex deals, including SaaS subscriptions, perpetual licenses, and professional services bundles.
  • Track market trends in IIoT, AI-driven analytics, and edge computing to position Honeywell as a strategic partner.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales quotas through proactive pipeline management and forecasting.

  • Proven track record of managing $5M+ accounts and closing complex deals with Fortune 500 clients (experience)
  • Deep understanding of industrial software solutions (e.g., MES, HMI/SCADA, asset performance management) (experience)
  • Experience with SaaS sales models and subscription-based revenue growth (experience)
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer engagements (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) (experience)
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Honeywell Forge specialist (experience)
  • Prior experience in process industries (oil & gas, chemicals, power generation) (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Own full sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and contract closure for principal accounts
  • Conduct in-depth customer discovery sessions to uncover pain points in operational efficiency and digital maturity
  • Design tailored value propositions integrating Honeywell's industrial software portfolio with customer ecosystems
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Partner with technical pre-sales engineers to architect and demo scalable software solutions
  • Forecast sales pipelines accurately using CRM tools like Salesforce, achieving 100%+ quota attainment
  • Champion customer success post-sale, driving renewals, upsells, and advocacy through measurable outcomes
