Acting as the vital bridge between sending functions and Business Operations, you will ensure seamless service design and transition, driving Honeywell's digital transformation forward in a Fortune 100 environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and execution of complex transition programs, integrating advanced technologies across global regions.
- Provide expert guidance on transition methodologies, ensuring alignment with Shared Services best practices and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current-state processes and architect future-state solutions for optimal efficiency.
- Manage risk mitigation strategies for interdependent changes, developing contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and training to enable smooth handovers from sending functions to Business Operations.

The Transition Architect will be responsible to provide transition technical leadership of end-to-end process transformation and will provide subject matter expertise and industry best practices related to transitions and transformation within the Shared Services industry. This role is focused on initiatives of high complexity, that can span transversally across end-to-end process areas and regions, in an environment with a high degree of interdependent changes and advanced technologies. The Transition Architect acts as a bridge between the sending functions and Business Operations to ensure a seamless and effective design and transition of services.

- Experience bridging technical and business functions in large-scale enterprise transformations (experience)
- Strong understanding of advanced technologies including cloud platforms, AI/ML, and automation tools (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Information Systems or related field (experience)
- Certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Lean Six Sigma (experience)
- 10+ years in Shared Services or BPO transitions within Fortune 500 companies (experience)
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead end-to-end transition strategies for complex, interdependent IT and business process transformations
- Provide subject matter expertise on industry best practices for Shared Services transitions and change management
- Design scalable solutions integrating advanced technologies to support seamless service handovers across regions
- Conduct gap analyses and develop detailed transition roadmaps, including risk assessments and mitigation plans
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with sending functions, Business Operations, and stakeholders to align on transition designs
- Monitor transition execution, resolve issues in real-time, and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Champion knowledge transfer, documentation, and post-transition optimization to drive long-term value
