Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic pricing models, including value-based, cost-plus, and dynamic pricing frameworks tailored to Honeywell's product lines.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and elasticity modeling to inform pricing decisions and identify revenue opportunities.
  • Partner with sales, product management, and finance teams to design pricing structures that balance customer value, profitability, and market share goals.
  • Lead pricing governance processes, including deal approval workflows, price waterfall analysis, and pocket price management to minimize margin leakage.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to forecast pricing impacts, perform scenario modeling, and generate actionable insights for executive leadership.
  • Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in pricing processes, tools, and methodologies across the organization.
  • Support M&A integration by assessing pricing synergies and harmonizing strategies post-acquisition.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in pricing analysis, revenue management, or strategic pricing within a manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial sector (experience)
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive profitability and revenue growth (experience)
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, statistical analysis, and pricing optimization tools (experience)
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) (experience)
  • Strong business acumen with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, or MBA (experience)
  • CPM (Certified Pricing Manager) or similar pricing certification (experience)
  • Experience in B2B pricing for complex, high-tech products or services (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy sophisticated pricing models using Excel, SQL, Python, or R to support strategic decision-making
  • Perform competitive intelligence analysis and market segmentation to recommend optimal price points and discount strategies
  • Lead cross-functional pricing reviews and negotiations for large strategic deals, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
  • Analyze price realization metrics, identify leakage sources, and implement corrective actions to improve margin performance
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools for real-time pricing visibility and executive reporting
  • Collaborate with global sales teams to localize pricing strategies while maintaining consistency
  • Drive pricing innovation projects, such as AI/ML-based dynamic pricing or subscription models
