- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization (experience)
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or JIRA (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or Project Management (experience)
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification (experience)
- Experience with aerospace systems integration, avionics, or propulsion projects (experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables while aligning with customer and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk registers using industry-standard tools
- Facilitate regular status meetings, resolve blockers, and escalate issues to senior leadership as needed
- Conduct design reviews, gate reviews, and technical assessments to ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and team performance
- Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to manage procurement, testing, and certification milestones
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on project health, achievements, and lessons learned
