  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex engineering projects from inception to delivery (experience)
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as PMI, Agile, or Waterfall (experience)
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, quality standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001), and regulatory compliance (experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets exceeding $1M and cross-functional teams of 10+ members (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration (experience)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (e.g., IPMA Level B) (experience)
  • Experience with Honeywell products or systems in aerospace and building technologies (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables while aligning with Honeywell's strategic goals
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans using tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera
  • Monitor project progress through KPIs, conduct regular status meetings, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across engineering, operations, and stakeholder groups to resolve issues proactively
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements, implementing lean methodologies, and fostering a culture of innovation
  • Conduct risk analysis, develop mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing technical leadership and performance feedback to build high-performing teams
