Location: International (Hybrid Workplace)

Reporting to the Director of Channel Sales, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Honeywell's market share in the electrical products sector, including power distribution, automation controls, and energy management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of sales engineers, setting performance targets and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive channel sales strategies tailored to electrical products, optimizing partner programs and incentives.
  • Provide advanced technical consultations to channel partners and end-customers on Honeywell's electrical product portfolio, including circuit breakers, transformers, and smart grid technologies.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with key distributors, resellers, and OEMs to expand market penetration and revenue streams.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, marketing, and engineering teams to align channel strategies with product roadmaps.
  • Drive sales forecasting, pipeline management, and quarterly business reviews to ensure achievement of revenue goals.

  • Proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed revenue targets in international markets (experience)
  • Deep technical knowledge of electrical products such as power distribution systems, control panels, and energy management solutions (experience)
  • Experience developing and executing channel partner programs and incentive structures (experience)
  • Strong understanding of global supply chain dynamics and B2B sales cycles (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Engineering (experience)
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP) or PMP (experience)
  • 10+ years in electrical or industrial sector with international sales experience in APAC, EMEA, or Americas (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 5-10 sales engineers, conducting regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations to drive team success
  • Design and implement channel sales strategies that increase partner engagement and achieve 20%+ YoY growth in electrical products revenue
  • Deliver technical sales training and demonstrations to channel partners on Honeywell's electrical solutions portfolio
  • Build and nurture relationships with top-tier distributors and resellers, negotiating contracts and joint business plans
  • Conduct market analysis using CRM tools to forecast sales pipelines and identify emerging opportunities in electrical infrastructure
  • Collaborate with global product teams to launch new electrical products through channel networks
  • Prepare executive-level reports on sales performance, channel health, and strategic recommendations
