In this dynamic position, you will manage strategic procurement activities for critical components, oversee complex sourcing projects, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—including engineering, finance, and operations—to optimize procurement practices, drive cost savings, enhance profitability, and ensure a resilient, reliable supply chain. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end procurement processes for raw materials, commodities, and services, including RFQs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards.
  • Analyze market trends, supplier performance data, and spend analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies that align with project timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
  • Manage supplier relationships, conduct audits, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery performance and compliance.
  • Support complex projects by preparing procurement plans, tracking deliverables, and resolving escalations to ensure on-time, in-full supply.

  • Source and procure materials, equipment, and services through competitive bidding and strategic negotiations to achieve optimal total cost of ownership
  • Develop and maintain supplier scorecards, perform risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies for supply disruptions
  • Lead cross-functional teams in sourcing projects, from needs assessment to supplier onboarding and performance monitoring
  • Analyze procurement data using tools like Excel and BI software to identify savings opportunities and forecast demand
  • Ensure compliance with Honeywell's procurement policies, export regulations, and industry standards such as ISO 9001
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations to qualify new suppliers and resolve quality or delivery issues
  • Prepare and present procurement reports to senior leadership, highlighting KPIs and improvement recommendations
