As the Product Management Lead, you will spearhead the strategic development and lifecycle management of our cutting-edge software portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will collaborate across engineering, sales, and customer success teams to deliver solutions that transform industrial operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product roadmaps for HCI software solutions, aligning with market needs in Oil & Gas, Refining, and Chemicals sectors.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer interviews to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of new features, ensuring seamless integration of IoT, AI, and cloud technologies.
  • Drive product pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue and customer adoption.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success to gather feedback, prioritize enhancements, and resolve issues for optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor product performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI, using data-driven insights to iterate and optimize offerings.
  • Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of agility and innovation within the team.

  • Proven track record of leading product lifecycle from ideation to launch in B2B environments (experience)
  • Deep understanding of Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemicals, Metals, or Chemicals industries (experience)
  • Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership (experience)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Jira, Aha!, or similar product management platforms (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or relevant advanced degree (experience)
  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Pragmatic Institute Product Management (experience)
  • Experience in AI/ML, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), or industrial IoT protocols (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own strategic product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer pain points in process industries
  • Perform in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer activities to inform product strategy
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to define product requirements and prioritize features using data insights
  • Lead product launches, including pricing strategies, sales enablement, and marketing campaigns for global rollout
  • Analyze product usage metrics, customer feedback, and performance data to drive continuous improvement and iteration
  • Partner with sales and account teams to support customer demos, RFPs, and solution customization
  • Mentor and develop a team of product managers, fostering innovation and best practices in product management
