Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules to align with demand forecasts, customer orders, and inventory targets.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and manufacturing teams to resolve shortages or excesses.
- Analyze production capacity and lead cross-functional efforts to optimize resource allocation and throughput.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles and ERP systems like SAP.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, inventory turns, and production attainment.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and logistics teams to mitigate risks and support new product introductions (NPIs).
- Ensure compliance with Honeywell's safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all planning activities.

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration (experience)
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification (experience)
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing industries (experience)
Responsibilities
- Create and manage master production schedules using MRP systems to meet customer delivery requirements
- Balance supply and demand by analyzing sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production capabilities
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material replenishment and resolve supply disruptions
- Lead material requirement planning (MRP) processes and execute purchase requisitions as needed
- Monitor production performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency
- Support inventory control strategies to minimize excess stock while avoiding stockouts
- Participate in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings to align planning with business objectives
