Key Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Assemble components and products according to detailed work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards.
- Perform quality inspections on finished goods, identifying and reporting defects or deviations to maintain Honeywell's rigorous standards.
- Load and unload materials, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with 5S methodologies.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures, PPE usage, and participation in safety audits.
- Record production data accurately using digital tools or manual logs to support lean manufacturing initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate production machinery, including presses, conveyors, and assembly tools, to produce components at specified rates
- Assemble and test products using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications
- Conduct in-process and final quality checks, documenting results and escalating non-conformances per Honeywell quality management system
- Maintain accurate production records, including cycle times, yields, and downtime, using ERP systems like SAP
- Participate in daily team huddles to review goals, address bottlenecks, and suggest kaizen improvements
- Follow all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations, completing required training and reporting hazards immediately
- Support material handling tasks, such as kitting parts and staging inventory for just-in-time production
