Reporting to the Program Controls Manager, you will support multi-million-dollar projects, driving efficiency and compliance across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain program control plans, including Earned Value Management (EVM), cost baselines, and schedule variance analysis to ensure project alignment with contractual obligations.
  • Monitor program performance metrics using tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to mitigate delays and budget overruns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and supply chain, to integrate controls into program execution and facilitate change management processes.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards on program health, financial status, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholder reviews.
  • Conduct audits and compliance checks against industry standards such as AS9100 and FAR/DFARS regulations.
  • Support proposal development by providing cost and schedule control inputs for bid packages.

  • Experience with government contracting regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS) and compliance standards (experience)
  • Proficiency in program management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or Deltek Cobra (experience)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial and schedule data (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Project Management or Business Analytics (experience)
  • PMP, PMI-SP, or EVMP certification (experience)
  • International project experience with cross-cultural teams (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement program control frameworks, including EVM systems, risk registers, and performance baselines to track project progress
  • Analyze cost, schedule, and technical variances; develop recovery plans and recommend mitigation strategies to senior leadership
  • Lead integration of control systems across program phases, from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with Honeywell's PMO standards
  • Collaborate with finance and engineering teams to forecast budgets, manage change orders, and optimize resource allocation
  • Generate and present program status reports, dashboards, and variance analyses using tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Conduct training sessions on control processes and tools for project teams
  • Support audits, lessons learned reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program delivery
