Key Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and manage the end-to-end Sales Leadership Development Program, including curriculum development, cohort selection, and program metrics tracking.
  • Partner with senior sales executives to identify high-potential talent and tailor development pathways that enhance strategic selling, negotiation, and customer-centric leadership skills.
  • Oversee program delivery through blended learning modalities, including virtual workshops, in-person immersions, executive coaching, and digital platforms.
  • Measure program ROI through KPIs such as promotion rates, sales performance uplift, and leadership retention, providing data-driven insights to refine future iterations.
