Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management for multi-million-dollar engineering initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor program performance using advanced metrics and tools, implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, senior leadership, and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement by applying lean methodologies, Six Sigma principles, and agile practices to optimize program efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as FAA, ISO, and AS9100 standards relevant to Honeywell's aerospace and industrial sectors.
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and briefings on program status, achievements, and forecasts.

- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent (experience)
- Experience with engineering lifecycle processes from requirements gathering to deployment (experience)
- Strong understanding of risk management, earned value management (EVM), and agile methodologies (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration, or related field (experience)
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (experience)
- Experience in aerospace or defense programs with familiarity in FAA/EASA regulations (experience)
Responsibilities
- Define program objectives, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with Honeywell's strategic goals
- Assemble and lead multidisciplinary teams to execute engineering development and integration activities
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation using tools like MS Project or Primavera
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks through proactive analysis and contingency planning
- Conduct regular program reviews, gate reviews, and customer demonstrations to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
- Implement process improvements to enhance program delivery speed and quality metrics
- Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to secure materials and vendor contracts on time
