Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close out complex projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources effectively.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, mitigating risks and resolving issues proactively.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including Gantt charts, resource allocation, and critical path analysis using industry-standard tools.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Monitor project performance through KPIs, financial tracking, and status reporting to senior leadership.
- Implement process improvements and lessons learned to enhance future project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Honeywell's quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion with budgets exceeding INR 50 lakhs (experience)
- Experience with project management methodologies such as PMI, Agile, or Waterfall (experience)
- Strong understanding of risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation (experience)
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced industrial environment (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration (experience)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification (experience)
- Experience with Honeywell products or ERP systems like SAP (experience)
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria while aligning with business goals
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and fostering collaboration to meet deadlines
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted execution
- Manage project budgets, tracking costs, forecasting expenditures, and optimizing resource utilization for cost efficiency
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings, providing status updates, managing expectations, and driving issue resolution
- Prepare and deliver executive-level reports, presentations, and dashboards highlighting key metrics and achievements
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and integrating best practices into future programs
