Location: Fulham Correctional Centre, International (On-site)

Overview

The Project & Asset Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex projects and asset management initiatives within a high-security correctional facility environment. Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, you will manage multi-disciplinary teams, optimize asset performance, and drive operational excellence while adhering to stringent safety, compliance, and regulatory standards. This role demands strategic planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder collaboration to achieve project milestones on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and closure of TAM projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline management.
  • Conduct asset audits, performance assessments, and lifecycle planning to maximize reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of facility infrastructure.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions and contingency plans in a high-stakes correctional setting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, procurement, and facility operators, to ensure seamless project integration.
  • Develop and maintain project dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide transparent visibility to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and Honeywell's quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Foster continuous improvement through lessons learned reviews and innovation in asset management practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record managing projects in high-security or regulated environments such as correctional facilities or critical infrastructure (experience)
  • Experience with Total Asset Management (TAM) frameworks or enterprise asset management systems (experience)
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, procurement, and contract management (experience)
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Facilities Management (experience)
  • Experience in correctional or government facility operations (experience)
  • CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or similar asset management certification (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including Gantt charts, risk registers, and resource schedules for TAM portfolio delivery
  • Oversee asset lifecycle management, from acquisition and maintenance to decommissioning, optimizing uptime and reducing total cost of ownership
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams, conducting regular status meetings, performance reviews, and issue resolution
  • Manage stakeholder communications, preparing executive reports and presenting outcomes to facility leadership
  • Implement predictive maintenance strategies using IoT sensors and data analytics for proactive asset health monitoring
  • Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, safety standards, and Honeywell's environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives, negotiating vendor contracts and identifying efficiency opportunities
