Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of TAM portfolio projects, from inception through commissioning, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage asset lifecycle processes, including planning, procurement, maintenance, and decommissioning of critical infrastructure such as HVAC, security, and fire safety systems.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and correctional facility stakeholders, to mitigate risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Develop and implement project plans, utilizing tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project, while monitoring KPIs for performance optimization.
- Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to meet Australian correctional standards and Honeywell safety protocols.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, applying lean methodologies to enhance asset reliability and operational efficiency.
- Report project status, financials, and outcomes to senior leadership and clients with clear, data-driven insights.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of TAM portfolio projects at Ravenhall Correctional Centre, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations
- Manage asset portfolios including maintenance scheduling, performance monitoring, and capital planning for systems like security, fire, and building automation
- Identify and mitigate project risks through comprehensive risk assessments and contingency planning
- Collaborate with internal Honeywell teams, external contractors, and facility operators to deliver seamless project outcomes
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, budgets, and forecasts to executive leadership
- Implement asset optimization strategies to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in a correctional setting
