Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of TAM portfolio projects, from inception through commissioning, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Manage asset lifecycle processes, including planning, procurement, maintenance, and decommissioning of critical infrastructure such as HVAC, security, and fire safety systems.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and correctional facility stakeholders, to mitigate risks and resolve issues proactively.
  • Develop and implement project plans, utilizing tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project, while monitoring KPIs for performance optimization.
  • Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to meet Australian correctional standards and Honeywell safety protocols.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, applying lean methodologies to enhance asset reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Report project status, financials, and outcomes to senior leadership and clients with clear, data-driven insights.

  • Strong knowledge of Australian building codes, safety regulations, and correctional facility standards (experience)
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering (experience)
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification (experience)
  • Experience in correctional or high-security facility projects (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of TAM portfolio projects at Ravenhall Correctional Centre, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations
  • Manage asset portfolios including maintenance scheduling, performance monitoring, and capital planning for systems like security, fire, and building automation
  • Identify and mitigate project risks through comprehensive risk assessments and contingency planning
  • Collaborate with internal Honeywell teams, external contractors, and facility operators to deliver seamless project outcomes
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports, budgets, and forecasts to executive leadership
  • Implement asset optimization strategies to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
