Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders, to drive project milestones.
- Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and perform root cause analysis for project issues.
- Monitor project performance metrics, generate reports, and present updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with international safety, regulatory, and environmental standards such as ISO 9001 and AS9100.

- Ability to travel internationally up to 25% and work in a hybrid environment (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or Project Management (experience)
- PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, or equivalent certification (experience)
- Experience in aerospace or building automation technologies (experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of engineering projects, defining scopes, allocating resources, and tracking progress using tools like MS Project or Jira
- Design and optimize mechanical or electrical systems, performing simulations and validations to meet performance requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external vendors to integrate components and resolve technical challenges
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk analyses, and cost-benefit assessments to support decision-making
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including engineering drawings, test reports, and compliance certifications
