- Master's degree in Engineering or Project Management (experience)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification (experience)
- Experience with Honeywell products or similar control systems (e.g., SCADA, PLC) (experience)
Responsibilities
- Oversee technical design, development, and integration of engineering solutions for client projects
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Interface with customers to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve technical issues
- Manage project finances, including forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Facilitate design reviews, testing, and validation phases for system reliability
- Drive process improvements and mentor junior engineers on best practices
