- Master's degree in Engineering or Project Management (experience)

Responsibilities
- Monitor daily project progress and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery within budget constraints
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, Gantt charts, and resource plans using tools like MS Project or Jira
- Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues, and execute mitigation plans to minimize disruptions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and clients to align on project goals and resolve conflicts
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and Honeywell engineering processes
- Prepare and present project status reports, KPIs, and executive summaries to leadership
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by documenting lessons learned and optimizing processes
