Responsibilities
- Monitor project progress using tools like MS Project, Jira, or Primavera to track milestones and identify deviations early
- Ensure projects stay within budget by performing variance analysis, forecasting costs, and negotiating with vendors
- Uphold quality standards through regular audits, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions
- Proactively identify risks via risk registers and matrices, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary stakeholders including engineering, procurement, and client teams to resolve issues and drive collaboration
- Generate detailed status reports, KPIs, and executive summaries to facilitate informed decision-making
