Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle for supply chain initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with Honeywell's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and deploy data-driven solutions.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources using industry-standard tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Implement lean methodologies and continuous improvement processes to optimize supply chain operations and mitigate risks.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, prepare executive reports, and facilitate change management to drive adoption of new processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and cost savings, reporting variances and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations, Honeywell standards, and sustainability goals in all projects.

- Ability to travel internationally up to 25% as needed (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or MBA (experience)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (experience)
- Experience in aerospace, industrial automation, or high-tech manufacturing industries (experience)
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain projects, defining scopes, objectives, and deliverables while adhering to timelines and budgets
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute process improvements, resulting in measurable efficiency gains and cost reductions
- Develop risk management plans and contingency strategies for global supply chain disruptions
- Analyze supply chain data using advanced analytics to forecast demands and optimize inventory levels
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices and standardize processes across regions
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievements and actionable insights
- Drive supplier performance evaluations and contract negotiations to enhance supply chain resilience
