Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project life cycles, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, finance, and operations to align project objectives with organizational goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency, risk mitigation, and resource allocation using lean methodologies and data-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk registers using industry-standard tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings, provide status updates, and facilitate issue resolution to maintain project momentum.
- Ensure compliance with Honeywell's safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and environmental standards across all facilities projects.
- Mentor junior project coordinators and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management frameworks within the team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Project Management or Engineering (experience)
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean certification (experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage the complete project lifecycle for facilities upgrades and expansions, including scope definition, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement
- Develop and track project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures to ensure financial targets are met
- Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of process improvements, reducing project timelines by at least 10%
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for high-impact facilities projects
- Prepare and deliver executive-level project reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools like MS Power BI
- Coordinate vendor and contractor activities to ensure on-site compliance and quality deliverables
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project data and recommending best practices
