- Identify and mitigate risks through proactive analysis, implementing contingency plans to ensure project success.
- Manage client relationships, conducting regular status meetings and providing transparent reporting on progress and milestones.

- Coordinate with global supply chains and vendors to optimize procurement and logistics in international settings.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering Management or MBA (experience)
- Experience with Honeywell products or similar industrial automation technologies (experience)
- Fluency in multiple languages and prior international assignment experience (experience)
Responsibilities
- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with business goals and customer requirements
- Assemble and lead diverse, cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Monitor project performance using KPIs, tools like MS Project or Primavera, and implement corrective actions
- Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and control costs to achieve financial targets
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across all project phases
