Reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance, you will lead quality initiatives for multi-site, international projects in high-tech manufacturing and engineering environments. This hybrid role offers flexibility with a mix of remote work and on-site presence at key project locations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001, AS9100, and Honeywell's internal standards for international projects.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes using tools like 8D, FMEA, and Six Sigma methodologies to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and supplier quality assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to integrate quality controls into project lifecycles from design to delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, mentoring project teams on quality best practices and KPI tracking for on-time, defect-free project delivery.
- Manage quality documentation, reporting, and performance metrics dashboards for executive stakeholders.

- 5+ years of experience in quality management within manufacturing, aerospace, or projects-based industries (experience)
- Proven track record managing quality for international or multi-site projects (experience)
- Experience with quality standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or IATF 16949 (experience)
- Strong knowledge of quality tools including Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, and APQP (experience)
- Ability to travel internationally up to 30% as needed (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or Business Administration (experience)
- ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent certifications (experience)
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing sectors (experience)
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain robust QMS frameworks for complex international projects, ensuring full compliance with global standards
- Perform risk-based audits and supplier evaluations to mitigate quality risks across the supply chain
- Lead investigations into quality deviations using structured methodologies like 8D and CAPA processes
- Develop and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for project health reporting
- Train and coach project teams on quality tools, processes, and continuous improvement techniques
- Collaborate with engineering and operations leaders to embed quality gates in project milestones
- Prepare executive-level quality reports and drive strategic improvements for project portfolio optimization
