Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and report on internal and supplier quality audits to verify adherence to quality management systems and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to implement quality improvements and mitigate risks.
- Maintain detailed audit documentation and metrics, ensuring traceability and compliance with Honeywell's global quality policies.
- Conduct training sessions on quality standards and best practices for employees and suppliers.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Quality Management or related field (experience)
- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Lead Auditor certification from ASQ or IRCA (experience)

Responsibilities
- Independently plan and perform comprehensive internal audits across manufacturing processes, supply chain, and support functions to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Identify root causes of quality issues using structured methodologies like 8D, fishbone diagrams, and 5 Whys, and develop actionable improvement plans
- Lead audit debriefs and follow-up activities, tracking implementation of corrective actions to closure
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to integrate quality requirements into design and manufacturing processes
- Prepare detailed audit reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management, highlighting trends and opportunities for enhancement
- Facilitate supplier quality assessments and performance reviews to maintain a robust supply chain
- Champion continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma tools, targeting defect reduction and process optimization
