Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional strategies to meet or exceed annual operating plan (AOP) targets, including revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
  • Own full regional P&L management, optimizing costs, pricing, and resource allocation to deliver consistent financial performance.
  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to secure strategic opportunities and long-term partnerships.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement and refine operating systems, processes, and KPIs to enhance efficiency, risk management, and compliance across the region.

  • Experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams across multiple countries and cultures (experience)
  • Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success in P&L management and budgeting (experience)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% internationally (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree (experience)
  • Experience in Honeywell or similar Fortune 100 industrial conglomerates (experience)
  • Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Management, or PMP (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive regional business strategies aligned with Honeywell's Global Business Enterprise objectives to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Manage end-to-end regional P&L, including forecasting, variance analysis, cost optimization, and profitability enhancement
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic executive relationships with key customers, suppliers, and industry influencers to secure contracts and partnerships
  • Lead recruitment, development, and performance management of a high-caliber regional team, promoting diversity and inclusion
  • Design and deploy scalable operating systems, digital tools, and performance metrics to streamline operations and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with global functional leaders in sales, operations, finance, and supply chain to integrate regional efforts with enterprise goals
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks in dynamic international environments
