Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets in the East Region.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of 8-12 sales representatives, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in industries such as manufacturing, energy, and healthcare.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and technical teams to align sales efforts with Honeywell's innovation roadmap.
  • Drive the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification and pipeline management to contract negotiation and deal closure.
