Reporting to the Director of Global Supply Chain, you will lead a multicultural team in a fast-paced environment, leveraging Honeywell's cutting-edge technologies like IoT-enabled tracking and AI-driven forecasting to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive logistics and supply chain strategies to support Honeywell's international operations, ensuring on-time delivery and cost optimization.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, from supplier sourcing and procurement to inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, implement lean methodologies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, targeting 10-15% annual efficiency gains.
- Oversee international freight forwarding, customs compliance, and risk management to mitigate disruptions in global trade.
- Utilize advanced analytics and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and reduce working capital.
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to negotiate contracts and ensure quality standards across the supply chain.
- Champion sustainability efforts by integrating green logistics practices, such as carbon footprint reduction and ethical sourcing.

Required Qualifications

- Proven track record managing international supply chains with multi-site operations (experience)
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle (experience)
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages (e.g., German, Spanish) preferred (experience)
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs, and Incoterms (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- APICS CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD certification (experience)
- Experience in aerospace or high-tech manufacturing supply chains (experience)
- MBA or advanced degree in Operations Management (experience)
Responsibilities
- Design and execute supply chain strategies to achieve cost savings and service level targets exceeding 98% on-time delivery
- Lead procurement activities, supplier performance reviews, and contract negotiations to secure optimal terms
- Optimize warehouse and transportation operations using data analytics and automation technologies
- Monitor and mitigate supply chain risks, including geopolitical, financial, and environmental factors
- Implement KPIs and dashboards for real-time visibility into logistics performance
- Foster collaboration with sales, production, and finance teams to align supply chain with business objectives
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, integrating AI and blockchain for enhanced traceability
