Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical consultations with clients to assess BMS software requirements and recommend customized Honeywell solutions for building automation, HVAC controls, and energy management systems.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and ROI analyses to secure high-value contracts in the CEE region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and channel partners, to design and deploy integrated BMS solutions.
  • Facilitate proof-of-concept demonstrations and pilot projects to showcase software capabilities and build customer confidence.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term account growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory standards in building automation to position Honeywell as the market leader.
  • Track sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and report on key performance metrics to support business objectives.

  • Deep knowledge of BMS protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LONWorks) and building automation technologies (experience)
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and ERP systems for sales pipeline management (experience)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within CEE for client meetings and trade shows (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (experience)
  • Certifications such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Honeywell BMS-specific training (experience)
  • Fluency in English and at least one CEE language (e.g., Polish, Czech, Hungarian) (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities for BMS software solutions through customer engagement and market analysis
  • Perform technical needs assessments and solution architecture design for enterprise-level building management projects
  • Lead solution demonstrations, workshops, and tender responses to differentiate Honeywell offerings
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while ensuring compliance with regional regulations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including facility managers and C-level executives
  • Collaborate with Honeywell's global R&D teams to provide customer feedback for product enhancements
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while fostering customer loyalty
