Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets in assigned territories.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business deals with enterprise clients across industries such as manufacturing, energy, and healthcare.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through consultative selling, needs assessment, and tailored solution presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to deliver customized Honeywell solutions.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and customer feedback sessions to inform sales pipelines and strategy refinements.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce), generate sales forecasts, and prepare executive-level reports on performance metrics.
  • Represent Honeywell at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms (experience)
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% within the region (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) (experience)
  • Honeywell product certifications or equivalent industry credentials (e.g., CPSM) (experience)
  • Experience selling IoT, automation, or safety solutions (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold outreach to achieve revenue goals
  • Conduct product demonstrations and ROI analyses to address customer pain points and secure contracts
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with key stakeholders to maximize deal value and profitability
  • Monitor customer satisfaction post-sale and upsell/cross-sell additional Honeywell solutions
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast performance and recommend strategic adjustments
  • Partner with technical teams to develop customized proposals for complex, high-value deals
  • Deliver monthly sales reports and contribute to team strategy sessions
