Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing a portfolio of high-value international clients in aerospace, industrial, and building sectors.
  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships, conducting needs assessments and presenting customized Honeywell solutions to address complex customer challenges.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and service experts, to deliver integrated proposals and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and recommend innovative product applications.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives, achieving quarterly and annual sales quotas through proactive account management.
  • Collaborate with global teams to support international expansion, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and standards.

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and contract negotiation (experience)
  • Experience in hybrid or global team environments with cultural sensitivity (experience)
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 40% (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) (experience)
  • Certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Honeywell product-specific training (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Own full account lifecycle from prospecting and opportunity identification to deal closure and post-sale support
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to align on KPIs, uncover expansion opportunities, and mitigate risks
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to develop bespoke solutions leveraging Honeywell's portfolio in aerospace and building technologies
  • Forecast sales pipelines accurately using data analytics tools to inform strategic decisions
  • Mentor junior account managers and contribute to sales training programs
  • Monitor competitive landscapes and position Honeywell as the preferred partner through thought leadership and case studies
  • Ensure all activities comply with Honeywell's ethical standards, export regulations, and customer contracts
