Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies for Fortune 500 T&L clients, identifying opportunities to upsell Honeywell's suite of supply chain management, warehouse automation, and fleet optimization solutions.
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships, conducting quarterly business reviews to align Honeywell technologies with client KPIs such as cost reduction, on-time delivery, and sustainability goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams—including sales, product, and engineering—to deliver customized proposals and proofs-of-concept for IoT-enabled tracking and predictive analytics platforms.
  • Negotiate complex, multi-year contracts valued at $5M+, achieving 120%+ of sales quotas through consultative selling and value-based pricing.
  • Analyze market trends in T&L, leveraging data insights to forecast demand and position Honeywell as the partner of choice against competitors like Oracle and SAP.
  • Collaborate with global Honeywell teams to ensure seamless solution deployment, customer success, and renewal rates exceeding 95%.
  • Represent Honeywell at industry events, webinars, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility in air cargo, rail, and road freight segments.

  • Proven track record of managing $10M+ accounts and exceeding sales targets in SaaS/IoT solutions (experience)
  • Deep knowledge of T&L industry challenges including supply chain visibility, last-mile delivery, and regulatory compliance (experience)
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) (experience)
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% internationally (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management (experience)
  • Certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (experience)
  • Experience in air freight, rail logistics, or warehouse automation sales (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Own full sales lifecycle for strategic T&L accounts, from lead generation to contract closure and expansion
  • Conduct needs assessments and ROI analyses to position Honeywell's T&L portfolio including Momentum Suite and Forge platform
  • Drive solution demonstrations and pilots showcasing real-time tracking, predictive maintenance, and optimization tools
  • Partner with client stakeholders to develop joint innovation roadmaps aligned with Industry 4.0 trends
  • Monitor account health via KPIs, mitigating risks and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
  • Mentor junior account managers and contribute to sales enablement through case studies and best practices
  • Stay ahead of T&L market dynamics, providing feedback to product teams for roadmap enhancements
